B-enevolence:  Is a ministry to the orphaned, the widow, the single parent, the least, the lost and the last, the poor.  All applications are considered and serviced by us using multiple resources.  For an application, please ask at our reception desk or please contact Pastor Carlos Escalante for more info at 403.695.1105. E-lders:  Is a ministry team of leaders who are involved in addressing the spiritual needs of First Assembly Family members.  They are responsible for in house ministries such as First Serve (Ushers and Greeters) and First Connect (meeting and assisting newcomers) along with altar ministry to responders and hospital visitation.  There is also an Elders Council who meet a minimum of 10 times a year in regards to spiritual matters and conflict resolution issues.

S-piritual Formation:  Is a ministry that creates an environment of opportunity for spiritual growth and maturation in the Christian's life.  This ministry operates on the premise that one cannot remain emotionally immature and be spiritually healthy.  Completeness in Christ is the way of the believer as together we come to the full stature of Christ and grow up in all aspects of our Master. Christ formed in us is the hope of glory.  Knowing who we are in Christ and living that out is the rightful, full and productive life of the Christ follower. We aim to assist people in their spiritual health through various formats which include on-campus workshops, and one on one personal ministry and counsel when required. One of several opportunities for spiritual formation is a mid week gathering we have throughout the year called Converge. We also have two leadership programs, one for youth called Sanctus Lite, and one for developing emerging leaders to be church planters, called Sanctus Paths To Leadership. The intention of these ministries is to see Christ formed in every believer, as they experience the abundant life Christ promised His followers. 

T-ransformation:  Is a ministry that realizes the fullness of what spiritual formation is all about.  Being transformed, by the complete renewal of the heart and mind of the believer that they may prove what the good, acceptable and perfect will of God is for their lives.  Transformation frees a person from fear and perfects them in love and enables the believer to give themselves away in service as Christ gave Himself.  This work of the Holy Spirit is accomplished in the work of Christ and realized through one on one personal ministry, in community with the Body of Christ and in growing in the revelation and knowledge of Jesus Christ.  Some of our ministries available to you are FAME (First Assembly Marriage Enhancement), Ancient Paths (Group Support Ministry), Pastoral Care Christian Counselling ministry, and Emotional Spiritual Health ministry. The intention is always to see lives transformed by Christ to a place of freedom and liberty from past emotional wounding. Some additional ministries we support and partner with include Family Foundations International (FFI), Rainbows Ministry, Dr. Grant Mullen's Ministry and Terry Bone's IDMinistries/Power of Blessing teaching.
