Melanie Melo is the Worship and Arts Pastor at First Assembly Church. Growing up in eastern Canada she was first involved in music at the age of fourteen, and by sixteen was leading worship within her youth ministry. She heard God's call to be a Worship Leader and boldly responded, graduating in December 2004 from Hillsong College in Sydney, Australia. Melanie is passionate about seeing people encounter God wherever they are – throughout Canada and the nations of the earth. She has led worship in various conferences and churches and dreams to minister from coast to coast.

Her heart’s desire is to teach and raise up teams of worshippers who are unashamed to bring raw, authentic and passionate praise to our King. She strongly believes that God will pour His Spirit out on all flesh as we, in turn, are fervent in our worship toward Him. God is coming to bring revival to our nation!
